Ann Getz, Ph.D.

Ann Getz, Ph.D. is an organizational psychologist who specializes in the areas of large-scale organizational change, culture assessment and alignment, leadership and team development, and executive coaching. She has over 20 years of experience, both as an external consultant and as an entrepreneur. Prior to starting Getz Consulting Group, LLC, Ann spent seven years with Ernst & Young, LLC in their People and Organizational Change practice. Ann has been invited as a speaker to businesses, academic institutions and professional associations on the topics of organizational transformation, knowledge management and culture change, and executive development. Ann brings depth and breadth of knowledge and experience working with executives across various industries, in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Lisa Felice, Ph.D.

Lisa Felice, an experienced organization development practitioner, management consultant and executive coach. Dr. Felice has 15+ years of experience partnering with senior executives in Fortune 500 companies to assess and develop their organizations; develop senior leaders and their teams and lead organizations through complex organization changes. Kathy O'Halloran

Kathy O’Halloran, as a senior HR leader and principal OD advisor to several large organizations, has managed a wide variety of complex projects with a special emphasis on customer service and quality delivery. She is recognized for her broad capabilities in organization development and talent management, her ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, and her reputation for delivering superior results. Additionally, Kathy has successfully led the development and delivery of numerous organizational talent and succession management initiatives, employee engagement, and leadership, succession management and workforce development programs. Kathy has over twenty years’ experience in the areas of leadership development, succession management and talent planning, and career development. She has established leadership development and learning functions, developed competency models, and designed, developed and implemented talent and succession planning strategies. Kathy has held various management positions, including Vice President, Learning & Organizational Development, Manager of Organization Development and Effectiveness, Manager of Learning and Development, and Consultant and Executive Coach. She has experience in both the public and private sectors.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Redlands, a Master of Business Administration degree from Claremont Graduate University (summa cum laude), as well as certifications in Organizational Change & Development from the University of California, Irvine, executive coaching, as well as current certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP). She is also certified in a number of talent assessment instruments including the Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture and Voices 360 instruments and the Predictive Index assessment suite.

Ms. O’Halloran currently resides in Orange County, California where her consulting practice is located.
